How long does delivery take?
• Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days
• Delivery across India typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch
We pack every order carefully, so a little patience is always rewarded
Why don’t we offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
We know COD is convenient, but here’s our honest reason
COD orders involve multiple shipping journeys — sending the product out and sometimes bringing it back if it’s not accepted. This process:
• Charges us twice in shipping
• Occasionally results in lost or swapped products
• Takes focus away from what matters most — product quality and craftsmanship
To protect our jewellery and keep our standards high, we currently offer prepaid orders only.
This helps us focus on creating beautiful pieces instead of complicated operations.
COD may be introduced in the future — but for now, quality comes first.
