COD orders involve multiple shipping journeys — sending the product out and sometimes bringing it back if it’s not accepted. This process:
• Charges us twice in shipping
• Occasionally results in lost or swapped products
• Takes focus away from what matters most — product quality and craftsmanship

To protect our jewellery and keep our standards high, we currently offer prepaid orders only.
This helps us focus on creating beautiful pieces instead of complicated operations.
