Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors beyond our control.

3. Shipping Charges
• Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout prior to payment.

4. Order Tracking
• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.
• You can use this link to monitor your delivery status.

5. Packaging
• All Golden Tongue jewellery is shipped in secure, tamper-proof, and elegant packaging to ensure safe delivery.

6. Delivery Address & Accuracy
• Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and pin code are accurate at the time of checkout.
• Golden Tongue is not liable for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.

7. Delays & Exceptions
• While we strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, occasional delays may occur due to adverse weather conditions, local restrictions, or courier-partner issues.
• If a delivery location becomes unserviceable, our team will contact you to discuss available alternatives or initiate a refund, where applicable.

8. Undelivered or Returned Orders
• If an order is returned due to incorrect address details, multiple failed delivery attempts, or non-acceptance by the customer, our team will reach out for further assistance.
• Re-shipping will be arranged after confirmation, and additional shipping charges may apply.

9. Cash on Delivery (COD)
• Currently, Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available at Golden Tongue.
• All orders must be prepaid at the time of checkout.

• If your package arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear unboxing videos for prompt resolution.
